For those who prefer a qualification we have programmes that have been shaped through our experience, which offer NVQ in Management (levels 3, 4 or 5) or a traditional Diploma or Certificate in Management.

We run these in partnership with:

• The Open University Validation Service (OUVS)
• The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

We also run the Registered Managers Award and have successfully helped over 50 individuals achieve this level 4 qualification.

In all cases our programmes are carefully designed to focus on development and not just accreditation.

All our programmes are rigorous and based on a mixture of project learning, workshops, portfolio development and learning contracts.

The majority of our accredited programmes are designed for a specific customer. We agree measures of success for the programme and agree a support contract for each delegate. These together help to create a robust evaluation tool which is used to monitor the programme through a series of steering group meetings.
