Assessment Centres

KBA can provide you with a managed assessment centre to assist you in gathering valuable information to make selection decisions.

We use a range of measured activities, including group exercises, psychometric testing and individual activities. All stages are assessed using a matrix facility. The consultant will provide an evidenced summary of each candidate in the de-brief session.

Alternatively, you may wish to use an assessment centre internally for a whole range of purposes including: -

• Highlighting the potential of new or existing employees
• As an internal promotion exercise.
• As a developmental tool, highlighting the skills or development gaps of key staff.
