provide a TQM/Continuous Programme for the whole employee
group of a major manufacturer.

of delivery |
- A
designed programme which was to be in short bursts
over a 3 month period for all employees including
Senior Managers.
- A
pilot programme was run with KBA tutors. This was
then extended to a number of further groups.

programme covered key aspects:

Customer/Supplier partnerships
- Problem
Solving Techniques
- Teams
and Communications

- The
programme was practical in nature and involved the
delegates working in problem solving groups.

| Outcomes |
- A
shared Quality and Team language has developed.
- Better
Team work has helped to increase Productivity and
Profitability.
- Some
problems tackled have led to significant savings/
improvements.
- Individuals
are well prepared to take part in Kaizen activities.
- The
programme has continued into further phases because
