Coaching

Transfer of learning to the workplace has always been our greatest challenge - a sentiment no doubt shared by many other practical people.

Our experience and progress in this area has shaped our view that the closer to the workplace we operate, the more successful that transfer will be. This often dictates the content of our work as well as the venue.

Our individual Coaching programmes began over 6 years ago. Senior Managers, Plant Managers and Team Leaders have all benefited from such programmes.

The meetings touch on issues such as:

• setting and achieving goals
• balancing priorities
• handling critical relationships
• managing change
• adapting to new roles and responsibilities
• identifying and reflecting on organisational obstacles
• increasing self awareness and removing psychological obstacles
