It
is relatively easy to spot winners - but certainly more difficult
to create them. KBA can work with you in the design, delivery
and evaluation of a short programme that would help you to
create winners in your organisation.
Whatever
the people issue you wish to address, one of our team could
help you to think through the issue and decide on the most
appropriate approach.
If you
choose a short development programme, KBA would ensure that
it is well thought out, as well as planned and structured
in order to meet the outcome you require.
You would
be involved in the design and delivery, if you choose to be.
We would help you evaluate the impact of the programme, so
that you could build on the success for the future. Together,
we would make a winning partnership.
Short
development programmes are usually between one and three days
in duration (although they maybe longer if you required) and
could cover a range of people management issues, some of which
are suggested below. You may benefit from a short development
programme, if you have a specific issue that needs to be dealt
with or a training need highlighted across different groups
of staff.

Short
development programmes tend to be skills based, with plenty
of opportunities to practice the skills in the facilitated
sessions. KBA are practitioners, so our tutors make the sessions
as practical as possible. We are interested in solving real
problems - not lecturing to staff on management theory. What
KBA does is introduce a range of strategies and concepts and
concentrates on the ways that they can assist employees in
their everyday work.
All
of our programmes help to transfer the learning in the workshop
directly to the workplace. This is the key to adding value
to your business through KBA.
