Short development programmes are usually between one and three days in duration (although they maybe longer if you required) and could cover a range of people management issues, some of which are suggested below. You may benefit from a short development programme, if you have a specific issue that needs to be dealt with or a training need highlighted across different groups of staff.

Short development programmes tend to be skills based, with plenty of opportunities to practice the skills in the facilitated sessions. KBA are practitioners, so our tutors make the sessions as practical as possible. We are interested in solving real problems - not lecturing to staff on management theory.
