Team
building events are tailored projects, designed to be both
enjoyable and productive. Their purpose is to assist groups
of individuals to build high performing teams.
Our team
has built a 12 year reputation in providing effective team
development support.
Our approach
is friendly, supportive and very much activity orientated.
We provide stimulating experiences which assist in making
real changes to practice.
KBA will
work closely with the team leader to develop a bespoke development
intervention that meets with the key organisational requirements.
We make
use of a range of activity based learning opportunities -
activity with a purpose drives our design. Where appropriate,
outdoor activities are used, if it helps in achieving the
purpose of the session.
